Webcast Troubleshooting

Thank you for joining us for a P4P Planning Network Webcast. On this page you will find a list of questions to assist you if you are having technical difficulties viewing the webcast.

2. What systems and browsers do I need to stream this event?
To ensure you are able to stream the video for the webcast please ensure your machine and browser are up to date. Click here to learn more about keeping your machine up to date to stream video.


3. What kind of internet connection do I need to view the webcast?

Livestream recommends viewing the webcast from a wired connection with a download bandwidth of at least 700Kbps.

To test your speed, go to Speedtest.net.

Bandwidth fluctuates constantly (especially on WiFi and mobile internet), so running 3 tests is recommended.

4.  What to do if you have no audio?:
Make sure the audio on the video and on your machine are both turned on or unmuted.  

5. How to open a PDF:

In order to open any attached pdf files please ensure your browser is up to date and you have downloaded acrobat adobe on to your machine.  Follow these steps to download:  https://get.adobe.com/reader/
